EVEREST DREAMZ SPECIAL TOUR - NEPAL |
Everest Dreamz Treks and Expedition has desiged a set of information and itineraries for our valued clients as a sepecial package named as Everest Dreamz Special Tour package, which includes three major cities of highly diverse and rich geography, culture, and religions country NEPAL. Three major cities contains the capital and the largest metropolitan city of Nepal - 'Kathmandu', 'Pokhara' - also called second heaven and one of the seventy-five districts of Nepal - 'Chitwan'. Chitwan National Park (CNP), formerly called Royal Chitwan National Park (RCNP), covers an area of 932 km, and is the oldest national park in Nepal. Established in 1974, it was granted the status of a World Heritage Site in 1984. The park is located at subtropical inner Terai lowlands of South-Central Nepal in Chitwan district, 200km away from capital Kathmandu. If ever you had to book a tour in a foreign country, Nepal would be the place to go. Kathmandu is situated in Kathmandu Valley, which also contains two other cities - Lalitpur and Bhaktapur.
Filled with stunning artwork, strong cultural influences, deep religious beliefs, interesting people and beautiful wildlife, there is little more that you could want from a tourist destination. The most common and popular tours in Nepal are those which give the tourist a basic tour of the country. A short stop is made at each major town or city and time is spent at the many beautiful sights and attractions before the group makes its way to the markets to haggle for souvenirs. The valley forwards itself to the panoramic views of the captivating Himalayas, sequestered jungles and also to the exotic hiking corners. Nepal is a world of its own, and one we know well. Let us unveil it for you. Here in Nepal, amid the grandeur of lofty peaks that are a wish away, is the valley of Kathmandu. Crowded with the memories of 2500 years of civilization. Kathmandu, Patan, Bhaktapur - three cities that glorify the lives of bygone dynasties. Culture that sweeps you from the glamour of festivals to the throng and crowd of bazaars filled with life. Pokhara is the third largest city of Nepal after Kathmandu and Biratnagar. It is the Headquarters of Kaski District, Gandaki Zone and the Western Development Region. It is also one of the most popular tourist destinations of the country.
Swift rivers, where the excitement of rafting hurtling rapids overwhelm you. The adventure of discovery, as your heart pumps with adrenaline and you rush past some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world. This follows down into jungles with wildlife, where deer and rhinoceros and tiger are just some of the many glories that await you. Elephant safaris take you from many starred jungle resorts into the heart of the wild. Or follow us into the mountains on treks that are tailor - made for you. Easy ones that have you perambulating past the lake Valley of Pokhara where the snows are eternally reflected in the still waters. Chitwan National Park is rich in flora and fauna, including one of the last populations of single-horned Indian Rhinoceros (Rhinoceros unicornis) and the Bengal tiger Panthera tigris tigris. The area was known as "Four Mile Forest" and a hunting reserve for big game hunting until 1951. The park is now a popular destination for ecotourists and includes canoeing, elephant rides, and guided jungle walks. Adjacent to the National Park in the east is the Parsa Wildlife Reserve (49.900 ha) and further east the Bara Hunting Reserve (25.900 ha). In the south the Chitwan is contiguous with the Indian Valmiki Tiger Reserve.
